You Know Something's Wrong
You Just Don't Know What

Traffic is fine. The product is good. People add to cart — and then they don't buy.

Most store owners respond by guessing: a new hero image, a different button colour, another discount code. Sometimes it moves. Usually it doesn't, and you've spent a month finding out.

The problem is almost never the thing you're looking at. It's the shipping cost that only appears at checkout. The delivery date that's nowhere on the page. The buy button sitting just below the fold on the phone where most of your traffic actually is.

What Lands in Your Inbox

1

Top 3 Conversion Leaks

The three things costing you the most money right now, ranked by impact — not by what's easiest to fix. Each explains what it's costing and exactly what to do.

2

3 Quick Wins

Changes you can ship this week yourself, without hiring anyone. A theme setting, a line of copy, a toggle. Real fixes, not filler.

3

A Full Audit of All 3 Pages

Homepage, product page, and cart — across visual design, conversion, copy, and UX logic, with annotated screenshots showing exactly where each problem sits.

4

A Scorecard

Grades per page and per dimension, so you can see where you stand and what to prioritise first.

5

A Personal Walkthrough

A short Loom where I talk you through the findings — what I'd fix first, and why.

Why This Is Different

Measured, Not Guessed

Most store audits are somebody's opinion with confident formatting. This one isn't. Every finding is graded against a standard — and the report tells you which.

Hardest evidence → softest opinion

1

Measured

Your page's actual load time, contrast ratios, tap-target sizes, and whether the buy box genuinely sits above the fold on a real phone. Numbers you can verify yourself.

2

Research-Backed

Cited against published conversion research, quoted exactly. When I say 40% of shoppers abandon over unexpected costs, that's Baymard Institute — not a guess.

3

House Standards

What I've learned building 200+ Shopify stores, which no published study covers.

4

My Judgment

Clearly labelled as such, and never dressed up as data.

Before any of it, I research your brand, your category, and your actual competitors — so the findings are about your store, not a template with your name at the top.

I take a limited number of these each week, because I write every one myself.

Book a full redesign within 14 days of your teardown, and the $297 you already paid comes straight off that price — you're not paying for the audit twice, it becomes the first installment toward the bigger project.

Questions

How Long Does It Actually Take?

48 hours from when I have your URLs. Usually faster.

What Do You Need From Me?

Three URLs — your homepage, your best-selling product page, and your cart — plus a few short questions about your customer and your goals.

Is This Automated?

The measurements are — load times, contrast, tap targets, above-the-fold positions. That's the point; those should be measured, not eyeballed. Every finding, every ranking, and every word of the report is reviewed by me before it reaches you.

What if You Don't Find Anything?

That's never happened. But if I genuinely can't find three meaningful leaks, I'll tell you your store is in good shape and refund you.

Can You Just Fix It for Me?

That's a full redesign — and your teardown fee comes off the price. Start here first; you'll know exactly what you're buying.

Do You Work With Non-Shopify Stores?

Yes. The core of the audit — cost transparency, buy-box positioning, page speed, accessibility, cart friction — applies to any e-commerce platform. Shopify is where I have the deepest pattern-matching from 200+ builds, so if you're on something else I'll simply skip the handful of Shopify-specific checks and note it in the report.

Tell Me About Your Store

Takes two minutes. You'll go straight to checkout after — and I'll start within 48 hours of payment.

Your best-selling product — the one that matters most.
Usually yourstore.com/cart. Leave blank if you only use a slide-out cart drawer.
Your hunch is useful even when it turns out to be wrong.
I'll check these against who you're actually competing with.

Pay by card or PayPal on the next step. Nothing starts until payment clears.
